When you reach Krakow...
...look for people in green T-shirts at train station! There is special unit which take care for your arrival. They will show you the way to te gym, answer your first questions, etc. They will wear T-shirts like theese below and have AEGEE-Kraków flag (click to enlarge):
Info about parties for non-participants
If you're not EBM participant but you still intend to visit Kraków during this event you can attend parties with rest of AEGEE people! How to do it?
You have to come to Registration Desk at 24th of February or to Info-Desk at 25th of February and sign to special party-list. Then you can join rest of participants during parties! WARNNING! If your name won't be on this list you WON'T enter clubs! Clubs will be open for you from 11 p.m. More information and adressess of clubs are on section "Social programme" on our website!

The sustainable traveling contest is back!
Do you think that you cannot have fun while protecting the nature? We bet you can!
Just imagine… meeting new people, socializing, admiring all those beautiful landscapes, doing crazy, funny things… and finally make some new friends! All these are possible while taking care of the environment in the same time. All you have to do is just to take a sustainable way of transport (or as sustainable as possible) for coming to this event! The choice is yours: share your car, take the train, use a bus, or just use your imagination… why not a bike if you are close, or a boat?!
Don’t forget to take a lot of pictures during your trip. After coming back, upload your best pictures and tell us your story on our Facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/groups/edit.php?customize&gid=300106448623#!/group.php?gid=300106448623) and show others that the problem concerns you!

To secure your place you are asked to confirm that you are coming. Therefore, please transfer the participant fee (40 for delegates/envoys/observers/visitors from EU countries, 35 for delegates/envoys/observers/visitors from non-EU countries) until january 27th to: (Europejskie Forum Studentów AEGEE-Kraków, ul. Answering your mails: If you need pay VERY MUCH for transfer money to Poland, you can pay before event - this is option only for people who need VISA! For confirming your arrival please, send us your tickets!
Please stick to the deadline, afterwards the non-confirmed participants will be cancelled and their place will go to someone on the waiting list.
The organizers also want to know when youll be arriving, so please write a mail with your arrival day and time to .
