How to get?

 

Airplane:

Near Krakow there are a Krakow Airport and Katowice Airport.
Krakow Airport:
is located near the city and is connected with it by special train and by bus. Here you have a a list of plane connections to and from Krakow Airport: Click.
In Kraków you get off at the main station Kraków Główny (the only station for IC and Ex trains).
Katowice Airport:
is located about 50 km from Krakow. For a list of plane connections to and from it look here: Click.
The simplest way to get from Katowice Airport to Krakow is private bus line and all info you will find here: Click.
Warsaw Airport:
A convenient connection with Kraków is also from Warsaw Airport . From the airport you have to take a taxi (20 minutes), public bus no. 175 (timetable from Terminal T1, Terminal T2; bus stop of destination: “Dworzec Centralny”) which costs 4,20 PLN (1,5 euro) or private airport bus to reach the main train station Warszawa Centralna. At the Warsaw Airport, do NOT accept offers of a ride. If you want to take a taxi, go up to the airport departure section and take an arriving taxi with a phone number on the top. You can also ask a taxi driver for the approximate price before getting in. Do NOT take a taxi from the arrival level. If you want to go sightseeing in Warsaw, leave your luggage in a locker at the railway station.
From the train station in Warsaw there is a number of regular trains to Kraków. A price of the ticket to Kraków is 48 PLN for the second class place (a 5-hour travel). Inter City and Express trains cost about 90 PLN but you can reach Kraków in 3 hours. For the first class one has to pay 50% more. As it’s not always certain that people in ticket offices speak English, it’s advisable to ask young people for help with buying a ticket.

Train:

The train service provided by PKP Przewozy Regionalne is the fastest link between the centre of Krakow and the airport. Travel time is 16 minutes. The train station is located 200 meters from the T1 international terminal. To travel between the terminals and the station, you can also use the free Shuttle Bus service. It allows passangers to travel between nternational (T1) and domestic (T2) terminals and therailway station. The train is departing to „Krakow Główny” Railway Station 25th minutes or 55th minutes past every hour.
One-way ticket bought from the train attendant cost 8,00 PLN; in automated cashiers it will be 7,00 PLN
Krakow Główny Railway Station has direct railway links with Berlin, Budapest, Bucharest, Hamburg, Kiev, Lviv, Prague, Vienna.

Bus

Krakow Airport is served by two regular bus lines: 208 and 292 and one night line: 902.
Bus line 208 and 902 will get you to the east side of the Krakow Główny Railway Station, and bus line 292 have a stop at Krakow University of Economy Campus, it’s called Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny. It is a main area of EBM, here we have a gym.
These are AGGLOMERATION BUS LINES. Normal ticket for 1 person to a single trip cost 3,00 PLN, and reduce one cost 1,50 PLN. You can buy a reduced ticket only if you have with you an International Student Identity Card (ISIC) or EURO<26 Student World Card.

Where in Krakow will I find EBM?

When you arrive at Kraków Główny Railway Station you should go to the east gateways, whitchl follow to the PKS bus station. Here is a map for you You destination point is Krakow University of Economics Campus. Don’t go through the Mall Center because it is on the opposite side!
