European Boards’ Meeting (EBM)

...is a statutory summit meeting of AEGEE - European Students’ Forum. It is an annual event, the forthcoming conference will be hosted by the Kraków branch. The meeting will take place from 24th to 28th February 2010. The main aim of the summit is to define the strategic plan of the organization for the incoming year and to prepare the proceedings of the Spring Agora of AEGEE in Leiden.

Every EBM has its own unique character. ‘Make it green!’ is the themr of the Kraków project. It reflects the organizers’ intention to focus on ecological issues. The subject is related to the current policy of the European Union and the present line of AEGEE - Europe. The organizers’ idea is to introduce eco-friendly habits to the participants so that they apply them in their lives after coming back from EBM.

About 350 participants are expected to take part in the conference, especially boards representatives from all the European antennas and the most committed AEGEE members as well. The programme of the conference covers plenary sessions, workshops, panel discussions and Round Table Discussions. The social programme includes a lot of attractions, do not miss them!
